The CATIE Center has created a prototype Digital Learning Repository. On their site, you can find videos in ASL, Spanish, and English for trilingual interpreting practice. This website is the continually updated counterpart to the book by the same name (ISBN# 1419632205) by Roxana Fitch. The website and book both offer a dictionary of slang and regional terms.
