I just want remind you that the deadline to submit proposals has been extended to August 31. The program committee hasn’t yet received trilingual topics proposals. I encourage all of you that were thinking to submit but didn’t have enough time to do it, that now it is your opportunity.

	2013 RID National Conference – Call for Proposals Now Open! RID’s 50th anniversary is upon us! The 2013 RID National Conference in Indianapolis will be the kickoff to the celebration of our 50th with the theme of “50 & Forward…Building on the Legacy!” We are very excited for the conference which will take place August 9-14, 2013, and also to celebrate 50 years of RID with you. Preparations are already underway and today we are pleased to announce that the call for proposals for the 2013 conference is NOW OPEN! The 2013 RID Conference Program Committee is anxiously awaiting your proposals. Guidelines for how the program committee will score the proposals are also available now. The deadline for proposals is Wednesday, August 15. Questions may be submitted to Laura Romaine, RID Meetings Manager, at meetings@rid.org.
