- Participants will identify at least three common scenarios in VRS related to mental health.
- Participants will list key responsibilities and ethical considerations during mental health related calls.
- Participants will show increased awareness of the impact of interpreting mental health calls and recognize signs of burnout or vicarious trauma.
- Participants will identify effective self-care techniques and create a personalized self-care plan.
